All windows has security shutters built in. There is security alarm system in villa. Water is solar heated with backup heating through the electric. All rooms are air-conditioning which also delivers heating (suitable for winter period). Perimeter of villa walled lighting & pool lighting adds to the wonderful holiday experience.
